The brief

Design a collaborative platform that can create ultra-large-scale manufacturing projects and manage them throughout their production life cycle.

About the platform

We designed a robust framework that carried through all stages of production, from costing to shipping. It was built around contextual intelligence, presenting only the UI necessary to achieve the immediate goals. The interface could be easily optimised for all job roles involved in the production process. The system analysed project files for costing and design assistance, and contained a CAD editing interface that synced seamlessly with major CAD software packages. It used machine learning to continually refine its recommendations and contextual advice.

Launching in October, it will oversee the output of 19 manufacturing plants, generating an average of around $500m worth of business a year.
