The insights

  • Today, Audi needs to deliver an experience that understands a user’s needs at all times throughout the purchase/ownership cycle.

  • Tomorrow, fewer people will see the need to own a car so automobile manufacturers will need to pivot increasingly from sales towards a service design business model.
